He has published monographs including A History of Chinese Dubbed Films, Chinese Films in Singapore, A History of Danish Cinema, A History of Swedish Cinema, and The Power of Images: Dialogue between New China and the World. He has edited over 30 books, such as Comprehensive English Course for Art Universities in the New Era, English Reader of Chinese Film Culture, Fashion in Films, Food Maps in Films, Collection of Papers on Ideological and Political Construction of Humanities and General Education Courses in Beijing Film Academy under the Background of "Four Histories" Education, A Handbook of Core English Vocabulary for Art Majors, Teaching and Research of College English for Art Majors, College English Viewing, Listening and Speaking for Art Majors, Film English from a New Perspective, Advanced Film English, English for Film, Television and Animation Majors, and College English Listening and Speaking Course for Art Majors.
