Invitation to Become an Official Co-organizing Institution of the IIFSA Astar Award
To promote the integrated development of global film art and technology, and to further enhance the international influence, credibility, and academic excellence of the Astar Award, the International Institute of Film Science and Arts (IIFSA) is now inviting esteemed institutions worldwide to join the Astar Award Co-organizing Network.
This initiative is open to institutions with academic, educational, industrial, media, or cultural engagement in the fields of film, media arts, or related technologies.
Core Responsibilities of Co-organizing Institutions:
Recommend outstanding films, directors, researchers, and technological achievements within their region or sector for Astar Award nominations
Assist in organizing juries, academic forums, screenings, and promotional campaigns
Participate in the refinement of award categories, evaluation criteria, and academic standards
Facilitate international collaboration across education, research, industry, and cultural platforms
We Welcome Applications From:
Film schools and higher education institutions
Research institutes and academic think tanks
Film production companies and technology platforms
International cultural and creative organizations
Media agencies and academic publishers
AI and film-tech-related enterprises
