The International Institute of Film Science and Art (IIFSA) is also pleased to announce the creation of the Center for Global Film Culture and Intercultural Narratives (GFCIN). This center focuses on studying global film culture phenomena and promoting the exchange and understanding of film narratives across different cultural backgrounds.

Core Goals:

  • Analyze cultural expressions and narrative strategies in films worldwide, understanding their social and historical contexts.

  • Support multilingual and multicultural film research projects to promote academic diversity.

  • Collaborate with international film festivals and cultural institutions to host thematic screenings and forums, fostering cross-cultural dialogue.

  • Publish research findings to enhance the impact of global film culture studies.
